We have two Board Member positions available for selection. If you’re interested in joining our dedicated team of volunteers, please submit the intent form and share why you’d be a great fit!
Nominees will be discussed and selected at our October 2nd meeting, and those chosen will be notified within 48 hours.

Responsibilities include:
Address parent complaints unresolved by team managers
Ensure games start on time and align with the objectives of Winchester Baseball (W.B.)
Seek and secure commitments from potential managers, coaches, and umpires
Identify talented players for the travel program
Organize and conduct coaches’ clinics and meetings, as needed
Serve as a member of the Travel Baseball/Softball Committee
Oversee scheduling for travel and recreational ball programs

Responsibilities include:
Participate on various committees
Assist with tasks supporting W.B. and its committees
Volunteer for unassigned but necessary roles
Provide feedback to the Board from participants and their families

Winchester Baseball was incorporated in 1991 and was initially three board members. Since then, Winchester Baseball has grown to have 10 Board Members and multiple Managers who do a fantastic job of keeping the experience around Winchester Baseball fun, positive, and rewarding. All of these volunteers have dedicated so much of their time, and continue to do so, to make our league the best in the area for not just baseball, but in all of youth sports. When you see these people around the ballpark (and you will!), make sure you tell them "Thank You!"
